1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of Modernbot's Discord features, Minecraft bridge and website at anarchy.yiffs.gay, operated independently by the bot owner identified below. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.
2. Eligibility and platform rules
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and any higher minimum age applicable in your country. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, applicable Minecraft and Microsoft terms, local law, and the rules of each connected server.
3. Permitted use
Use the bot only for features you are authorized to access. Do not bypass owner restrictions, compromise accounts, exploit the website, disrupt the service, spam, harass others, distribute unlawful content or misuse collected player information. Bot automation must respect the connected server's rules. A feature's availability does not grant permission to use it on a particular server.
4. Chat, commands and content
You remain responsible for messages, URLs, files and commands you submit and must have the rights needed to share or request content. Posting in the configured bridge channel sends the message and your display name to the connected Minecraft server; public Minecraft chat may also be relayed into Discord and recorded as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit secrets or information you are not entitled to disclose.
Public statistics are limited observations made while the bot is connected and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Signing in as a spectator grants read-only access to the live view and basic status, not control of the bot. Owner-only functions can move the account, interact with items or affect the game world; the authorized operator is responsible for those actions.
5. External services
Discord, Minecraft servers, Microsoft and media providers are independent services. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them. Modernbot is not endorsed by Discord, Microsoft or Mojang and cannot guarantee external content, moderation decisions or availability.
6. Availability and access
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation, particular results, preservation of game items or permanent storage. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, abuse prevention, platform requirements or other operational reasons. Access may be restricted when these terms or connected-server rules are breached. You may stop using the service at any time; server administrators can remove the bot.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties about accuracy, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, unauthorized use or reliance on incomplete activity data, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
